Allegany State Park plays host to one of the longest standing traditions in cycling in Western New York drawing competitors from several surrounding states.
Held along Randolph’s beautiful, historic Main Street, Randolph’s 45th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival is taking place rain or shine on Saturday, June 17th!
Take a healthy walk while searching for some unusual “nature” items. You will be given a map to follow along with a checklist of fun things to find. Bring a camera to snap a photo of each witty item. The scavenger hunt trail is about a 1 mile in length.
Get out of the house and come join in the fun as Allegany State Park continues its series of hikes called “3rd Saturday Treks.” As the name implies, these free, family-friendly hikes will take place on the 3rd Saturday of each month from April through October. The treks will be led by park staff and summer interns.

On June 17 and 18, Adventure Bound and Holiday Valley will host a paddle sports weekend featuring free kayak and stand up paddle board (SUP) demos, live music and food.
Join us on Saturday, June 24 at 9:15PM at Park Site #52 at the south end of Quaker Lake to enjoy naked eye viewing of our beautiful night sky. You are probably familiar with the Big Dipper, but can you find the Little Dipper? Did you know there is a graceful swan gliding across the summer sky? Jupiter, the king of planets, will be in our western sky.
