Ellicottville, New York is a charming little ski town in Western New York with two ski resorts, Holiday Valley and HoliMont. Historic Ellicottville isn't just for the Winter Season as it is a year-round destination with boutiques, restaurants and great shops!
It's the biggest winter event of the season with fun activities and events for the whole family. Highlights include the Snowbar at Yodeler with music and fun, the Village Parade in Ellicottville on Saturday night, the costume parade on Sunday where the winner gets a season pass for next year, and everyone's favorite, the Dummy Downhill!
Sign up to skim across an ice water filled pond or just watch, it's a guaranteed good time. Registration outside Yodeler Lodge starting at 11:00AM, free! Kids under 18 must have a parent signature, minimum age is 8 years old. Pond Skimming starts about 1:00 and categories include Best Skimmer, Best Costume, Best Kid and Best Splash.
Weather permitting, at least of few holes of the Double Black Diamond Golf Course will open on April 8 so you can ski and golf on the same day! More holes will open as spring arrives. For tee times call 716-699-2345.

All you have to do is sit down, hang on and experience the exhilaration of pure winter fun! The Tubing Company has up to 12 lanes and 2 handle tows...they will pull you back up the hill!
