Ellicottville Brewing Company Showcases Brewing Expertise With Historic Stein Beer Event

You are invited to take part in the age-old brewing process that is The Stein Beer. 

Based on traditional processes and medieval heritage, Ellicottville Brewing Co. will once again create their artisan Stein Beer batch in their recently re-opened outdoor beer garden.  Patrons are treated to EBC's unique selection of beers and a pig roast - while at the same time the Stein or stone brewing takes place.  Watch as large granite rocks are heated over an open cherry wood fire.  In keeping with tradition, the red-hot rocks are then moved from the fire and taken to the brewing kettle to heat up a mixture of water and barley malt.  Fun to watch and even more fun to taste!

$20 per person for food and drinks all day.
