Visit The Farm Day

Some of our local farms are opening their doors for tours on September 25.  These tours are FREE and open to the public.

Forevergreens, 11398 Bolton Rd., Springville, is a grower of evergreens as well as many other trees available for year-round landscaping.  This farm will be open 9am - 4pm.

Roundoak Fiber & Yarns, 9365 Stady Rd., West Valley, raises free ranging chickens and sheep.  Learn how to spin your own yarn!  This farm will be open 9am - 4pm.

Car-Bu Farms, 10365 Maple Grove Rd., Delevan, is a modern dairy farm with an emphasis on cow comfort.  This farm will be open from 10am - 2pm.

Elton Greenhouse, 2119 Elton Rd., Delevan, has annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, shrubs, house plants and floral arrangements year-round.  The greenhouse will be open 9am - 5pm.

Raisin Acres, 9475 Older Hill Rd., Franklinville, offers natural raised beef and pork available by the half or quarter.  This farm will be open 10am - 2pm.

Heartwood Farms, 9248 Dow Rd., Freedom, has sawmill demonstrations, and maple syrup facilities as well as information on Morgan horses.  This farm will be open 10am - 2pm.

Center Vu Farm, 11103 Cty. Rd. 36, Freedom has been designated a "Dairy of Distinction".  You will see dairy livestock, the amount of food they eat and the amount of milk they produce.  This farm will be open 10am - 2pm.

Wild Geese Farms, 8499 Agett Rd., Franklinville, raises beef, sheep and poultry.  Frozen beef, lamb, and chicken will be available.  This farm will be open10am-2pm.
