The New York State Maple Producers Association is proud to announce that they will be hosting the 16th Annual New York Maple Weekend two weekends in 2011. Saturday and Sunday March 19/20 and March 26/27, participating maple producers will open up their production facilities to the public. Maple weekends take place regardless of the weather, so please dress accordingly for your visit.
