Friends of Good Music present TAIKOZA- Japanese Drums

Experience the powerful rhythms of the large Japanese taiko drums! Featuring a 200 lb drum, this amazing group will present an unique program of thundering drumming and soothing bamboo flutes that will take you on an unforgettable journey through Japan. Returning to the Quick Center after their triumphant success in 2007, this international company is sure to be a sell-out. 

 This performance is supported in part by the New York State Council on the Arts.

Subscription tickets for the entire Friends of Good Music season are still available. Subscription categories include:

•             Basic Subscription (one ticket to each of six concerts): $99 (seniors citizens: $81)

•             Extended Subscriptions:

•             7 concerts: $109 (senior citizens: $89)

•             8 concerts: $119 (senior citizens: $97)

Single tickets for individual performances are $20 at full cost, $16 for senior citizens and St. Bonaventure staff, and $5 for students.

 For each Friends of Good Music performance, The Quick Center will open its galleries one hour before the performance and keep them open throughout the intermission. Regular gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
