2012 Daffodil Festival in South Dayton
The annual Daffodil Festival in South Dayton will be held Saturday, March 31 beginning at 10am with a craft show.Other activities include the Dessert Contest, which will feature entries that contain at least one of the following ingredients: orange, banana, lemon, pineapple, maple syrup or chocolate. Those interested in participating must register between 8:30am and 9:30am. Judging begins at 10am. Entries must be in a non-returnable container accompanied by a copy of the recipe.
The Easter Bunny will make an appearance from 11am to 1pm, the popular chicken and biscuit dinner will be available, and the Little Big Band will entertain from 1 to 3pm.
The festival takes place in the South Dayton Firemen's Activity Hall at 34 Maple Street.
