The Largest New York State Park is Allegany State Park which is the 3rd largest in the nation with 65,000 acres (97 square miles) and lots of trails. Meditation Traditions Program 2012
A series of programs on meditation and it's benefits will be held at the Olean Public Library in March and April.
The Meditation Traditions programs will be sponsored by Olean Meditation Center, Inc. and will be held in the gallery of the library. The events are free and open to the public and refreshments will be served.
This weeks presentation is "Yoga Meditation: Bridge to the Inner World" by Dr. Rolf Sovik, director of the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo and author of "Moving Inward: The Journey to Meditation".
