Meditation Traditions Program 2012
A series of programs on meditation and it's benefits will be held at the Olean Public Library in March and April.
The Meditation Traditions programs will be sponsored by Olean Meditation Center, Inc. and will be held in the gallery of the library. The events are free and open to the public and refreshments will be served.
This weeks presentation is "Mindfulness Yoga and Stress Reduction" by Jan Gram, yoga instructor from Cuba.
