Cattaraugus County Arts Council Spring Art Classes

Come and get creative at Cattaraugus County Arts Council (CCAC) art classes for every age.  Check out what is in store for the month of March for those age 14 and older.  Are you looking for an activity to do with friends? CCAC has a creative class that may fit the bill for you.

Creative Clay classes are held on the first Monday of each month.  Participants can create a different functional ceramic piece while enjoying a social atmosphere.  Students of all skill levels are welcome and all supplieswill be provided.  Your project will be created in one class session and can be picked up after the piece has been fired.  Projects include a coil bowl, mugs, flower wall plaque, garden bells, or garden gnomes. 

Other upcoming classes include mosaic pots, a Lids workshop, making a harvest basket, handbuilding clay, thrift store re-painting, beginner throwing, nuno felted scarves, splatter & spirits, cermaics marbling, throwing mentoring, luminous landscape painting, painting with alcohol inks, acrylic painting, Bezel setting gemstones in enamel. 

Location: All classes will be held at 100 West Main Street, Allegany NY 14706 unless otherwise noted.  Prices vary according to class.

A completed registration form and pre-payment are required for all classes. Check payment is accepted, and can be sent to CCAC at P.O. Box 406, Olean, NY 14760 or dropped off at the studio at 100 West Main Street, Allegany.
