They offer USDA Choice beef and USD certified Angus beef and USDA Prime on request. No prepackaged or frozen beef cuts to be had here! Custom cuts available. They also offer a variety of smoked meats including bologna, pepper sticks, beef jerky and various smoked sausages, made using time-tested, old-fashioned techniques right on the premises.

Hot, Mild, or Maple flavored fresh homemade breakfast sausage available daily.

Other special items include free range chicken and fresh rack of lamb and center cut lamb chops. Prepackaged organic beef is also available upon request.

Fresh fish is brought in from Boston every Friday for your weekend plans.
