The former Ellicottville Bike Shop has changed gears and its name to Ellicottville Bike and Bean.  The bean part of the name is in reference to the beans in the burritos they are currently serving.  Featured on the menu are chicken, steak and veggie burritos with regular flour tortillas or gluten free tortillas. They purchase as much of their menu locally as possible; organic and locally grown vegetables, antibiotic free grass fed beef, locally raised chicken, etc.

Ellicottville Bike and Bean still offer full bike repair, sales and service.  They also sell all types of bicycles and accessories, and offer mechanic services for everything from basic tune-ups to complete overhauls.

The shop holds mountain bike rides form the store at 6pm on Monday evenings in the summer.

BIKE SHOP hours of operation vary, but is currently open 10-6 Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and 10-5pm Sunday.
BURRITO SHOP OPEN Friday, Saturday 11-6pm and Sunday 11-5pm
