The Ellicottville Brewing Company is considered one of the finest American craft brewers, and has won no less than 3 International World Beer Championship Awards.

EBC’s authentic Hungarian brewing system and master craft brewers are dedicated to creating large and small batches of seasonals, limited editions, and 1-of-a-kind recipes, along with well-loved regulars. To complement this, their dining menu offers an eclectic array of original Chef Favorites, comfort foods, seafood & steaks.

EBC is OPEN 7 days a week ALL YEAR, serving from 11:30am-10pm on weekdays and 11pm on the weekends. Taps stay open 'til 2am.

With the recent expansion, EBC has space for conferences and meetings accommodating up to 150 people.  This space has wireless access; a full bar; and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lodging is steps away.
