Tuesday,Thursday, Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Group tours are available outside of regular operating hours any day or time by prior arrangement Admission is free.  Fully handicapped accessible.

This museum is housed in a restored 1882 bank building.  Various displays depict the history of Salamanca.  Knowledgeable staff available to answer questions.

Clare Mark is the highest elevation in Cattaraugus County

The highest point in Cattaraugus County is Clare Mark, at 2,430 feet.  This mount, in the Town of Allegany off Chipmunk Road, is privately owned, and does not have public access for hiking.  Nearby attractions are Rock City Park and Allegany State Park.
