Challenger Learning Center Offers Visitors a Rendezvous with Comet Halley

The Challenger Learning Center is offering a simulated rendezvous with Comet Halley. This two hour mission transports participants to the year 2061when Comet Halley will visit our part of the solar system as its route takes it close to the sun and earth. Participants will take a closer look, constructing a probe, plotting an interception and overcoming the challenges of space travel

The Challenger Learning Center is offering a simulated Voyage to Mars. The two hour mission will transport participants to the year 2076 where the team will collect and analyze a number of planetary samples and data.

The cost to participate in a mission is $25 per person, payable upon arrival at the time of the mission. Voyage to Mars is for ages 13 and up.
