Boating season is here! Hooray! Tucked away in the southwest corner of Cattaraugus County, hidden in the rolling hills of the Allegheny's, is one of our best kept secrets, Onoville Marina Park.
This year's 2017 annual Great Valley Vol. Firemans Regatta will be held May 6, 2017. Sponsored annually by the Great Valley Volunteer Fire Company, this 10 mile regatta is fun for spectators and participants.
Adventure Bound OnTheFly is bringing back the Ellicottville Paddle Festival for it's 2nd year!

There are approximately 1,380 residents in Leon with the Amish Community comprising about 76% of that number. The Old Order Amish settled in Leon in 1949. They do not believe in the modern conveniences. They have no electricity in their homes + travel by horse and buggy.
If you are looking for someplace interesting to go, try the Leon area. It is right in the heart of Amish Country.
