The Allegany Area Historical Asscoiation will meet on Sunday, March 11 at 2 p.m.
SBU Theater will present “Picasso at the Lapin Agile” by Steve Martin March 14-17 at the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts at St. Bonaventure University.
Curtain time for the show is 7:30 p.m. each night, with an audience talkback after Friday’s performance. “Picasso at the Lapin Agile” runs approximately 75 minutes with no intermission.

Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the ending of slavery in the United States. Dating back to 1865, it was on June 19th that the Union soldiers, led by Major General Gordon Granger, landed at Galveston, Texas with news that the war had ended and that the enslaved were now free.
