Are you looking for a great, new place to ride your ATV, UTV, Dirt Bike or Rock crawler Close to the Buffalo area? – Well search no further! Yoderland is only 40 minutes from downtown Buffalo, New York. How do we know this? – Simple – we actually timed it from the Skyway and Church street to Wilder Road. Yoderland is only 5 miles South West of the Village of Gowanda, New York. The property is also close to Erie and Williamsport, P.A. Other areas close by are Springville (minutes away), Holland, Franklinville, East Aurora as well as Batavia, Rochester and areas in Niagara County, New York. The property is actually located in the Township of Persia, New York although we do have a mailing address of Gowanda.

Yoderland is only 4 miles South West of the Village of Gowanda. We have plenty of property with more planned in the future. The property will offer trails with a riding experience to suit all who come to spend a great day riding. There are Hills, Flat Areas, Slopes, King Yoder’s Sippy Pit, T1’s Climb, Mud Holes and a Bounty Hole to swallow up vehicles as well as many areas with great vistas overlooking the property. The Enchanted Mountains of Cattaraugus County just got better.

The A.T.R. Inc. opened in June of 2017. Everyday they work to make the trails better for all to enjoy.  The A.T.R. is a Not For Profit Corp. and is a Riding Club which leases the property here in Cattaragus County New York.
