Come help start off the holiday season downtown with local merchants, train rides all day, Annual tree lighting ceremony, Holiday Spirit Parade and a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. Ellicottville's A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 37 years.

Randolph’s Country Christmas is an annual event. Starting off the day is Randolph Holiday Arts & Crafts Show and the Christmas Magic Show!

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun. 

Visit the Salamanca Rail Museum on Saturday, November 16th from 10am - 4pm for the Model Train Exhibit. There will be basket raffles, railroad hat crafts, popcorn and hotdogs. Be sure to visit the museum gift shop and check out their coloring books and calendars. 

Join EBC Little Valley for a brand-new Thursday Night Trivia series! Gather your friends, grab a pint, and get ready to unleash your inner trivia buff! Mark your calendars: Trivia Nights will take place every other Thursday from 6:30pm - 8:00pm, starting April 4th.

Visit the Fannie Bartlett House on July 12th for their "Vintage Fashion Show" event! It will feature "uniforms" of all kinds and period women's dress to go along with military years. Presale tickets are available for $20.

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.

Join Gowanda's Historic Hollywood Theater on Friday, April 17th, starting at 4pm for a black-tie evening of classic Hollywood glamour to kick off the 100th year of the theater! 

The night will feature a catered cocktail hour in The Old Bank and a night of jazz with the Springville Jazz Orchestra.
