This FREE event is rain or shine and contains indoor and outdoor vendors.

The 2026 carnival will be a 4-day event. Enjoy rides, food, and entertainment!

Wednesday- CHIEF’S NIGHT - All area departments are invited to showcase a piece of their apparatus.

Thursday- WATER FIGHT NIGHT - All area departments are encouraged to bring a team or teams to participate. Teams consist of both Junior and Senior members. Registration for the Water Fights will begin at 5:30pm and the fights start at 6:00pm.

Warrior Fitness & Wellness will be hosting The Ellicottville Turkey Trot! Start your turkey day with your community at the Ellicottville Turkey Trot! 

Each year this event gets bigger, better, and more fun… and this year will be no exception. Get ready for:

•  A 5K run/walk through beautiful Ellicottville
•  Drinks, snacks, good vibes, and post-run laughs
•  Community, family, and fitness — Warrior style

First Day Bike. Next Level Mountain Biking will be leading a ride in the Red House area. Meet at Camp Allegany at 11:00 am on January 1, 2025. The pace and the length of the ride will be moderate and be determined by the participants. Participants may split into different paced groups, if necessary. No one will be left behind. The Rusty Rooster: Christmas Barn Show

What you'll find: 

Through the generosity of the community businesses and organizations listed below, the City of Olean Youth Bureau & Recreation Department is offering free admission for public ice skating the following dates and times. There is a $3.00 skate rental fee.

Special appearance by Santa on December 24th from 12-2pm. Free admission, just a $3 rental fee. Sponsored by the Olean Rotary Club.

Saturday November 25th starts the first of many days Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting our house.

Santa will be escorted by the Allegany Police and Fire Department to our house, where he will greet all visitors. Basket raffles will be avaliable for people to buy tickets to help support our community event.

Visit the Fannie Bartlett House on July 12th for their "Vintage Fashion Show" event! It will feature "uniforms" of all kinds and period women's dress to go along with military years. Presale tickets are available for $20.

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.
