Get ready for a night of fun and frights at Allegany State Park’s Spooky Family Bike Ride! Here’s everything you need to know:

Join us on a fun and festive Christmas train ride where the kids get to meet Santa! He might even have gifts for all the boys and girls!

All trips have an on-board cash sale concession.

• Train departs at 11:00am, 1:00pm & 3:00pm on each day

If you’re a first responder, enjoy a free roundtrip train ride from Gowanda, NY, to South Dayton and back. A 30-minute layover in the village of South Dayton lets you explore the vendors in the area, such as farmers, baked goods, and crafts. All first responders ride for free!

Next Level Mountain Biking will be leading a ride in the Red House area. Meet at the Administration Building at 11:00 am on January 1, 2024. The pace and the length of the ride will be moderate and be determined by the participants. Participants may split into different paced groups, if necessary. No one will be left behind. Fat tire bikes are suggested, given the range of conditions likely to be present, however, use your best judgement for the conditions of the day.

First Day Bike. Next Level Mountain Biking will be leading a ride in the Red House area. Meet at Camp Allegany at 11:00 am on January 1, 2025. The pace and the length of the ride will be moderate and be determined by the participants. Participants are invited to join Allegany State Park educators for a fun ride of 5-7 miles around the Red House area bike path. All ages and bikes are welcome. Please no scooter bikes or training wheels. Helmets are required for all, bring a bike light, water and a sense of adventure as we ride under the first full moon of May.

Join the Little Valley Riders Club for a fun-filled evening of square dancing, country, and fifties music on May 25th, 2025, from 7 pm to 11 pm! 

It's a family-friendly event, so bring the kids along. Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. No horses required – just come for the dance and good times!
