Holiday Valley Resort is the largest resort in NYS with 56 slopes and 12 chair lifts and was ranked 5th in the East by Ski Magazine for all around ski experience, also has been the training ground for Olympic ski competitors.

You can hike, bike, snowmobiling or ride horse on the Pat McGee Trail. This mile multi-purpose 12.2 trail will grow to be a county-wide system but at this time it connects 7 municipalities together (the Village of Cattaraugus to the City of Salamanca).
