The 4th Annual Ischua Valley Falling Leaves Regatta will be held Friday, September 10 through Sunday September 12.  Any form of motorless boat is invited to participate.

The race will be approximately 7.3 miles (may be shortened due to low water or inclement weather).  Boaters will be transported to the starting line.

The Ischua Creek is classified as one of the few Class A trout streams by the NYS DEC.  The stream is home to native trout, ospreys, herons, and the American Bald Eagle.  You are equally likely to see deer, bear, otter, beaver and other aquatic animals during the trip.

Camping is available at the Hinsdale American Legion.  The location offers ample space for parking and camping.  There is a playground for children, lighted horseshoe pits and a covered pavilion.  The legion clubroom is open to members and sponsored guests, providing beverages and a food menu.

Friday, September 10: Camping & Boating Registration begin at 3pm.

Saturday, September 11:  Boats and entrants will be transported to the starting line and be in the water by 11am.

Sunday, September 12: Duck Race
