Introduction to Brewing
Back before there was Bud Light® … there were brew masters who used simple techniques to harvest the liquid pleasures from native plants and berries. On Saturday, October 23rd, spend the day with brewer Jim Lord and naturalist Reann Ehman learning how to make your own custom home brew. You will see first-hand how the brewing process works while enjoying an overview of the brewing process and sample some yummy mixes. The event starts at 10:30 AM and runs until 2:30 PM. Participants must be age 21 or older. Please register by 10/20/10 to guarantee yourself a spot for this event. The cost is $35 per person for the public and $30 per person for Pfeiffer Nature Center Members. Call Pfeiffer Nature Center at 716-933-0187 for more details and to register. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY OCTOBER 20.
