Hand painted silk scarves are a sign of high fashion and you can learn how to use the sun to create your very own.
Join the staff at Pfeiffer Nature Center and learn how the sun effects this special paint as they use objects from nature that you have gathered to decorate a silk scarf. You will also learn about other dying methods. Dyes and silk scarf will be supplied.
$15 for the general public and $12 for Pfeiffer Nature Center members. Please register by September 17, by calling 716-933-0187 or e-mailing naturalist [at] PfeifferNatureCenter [dot] org
