Friday Night Hank Elling will entertain at Camp 12.  Saturday Night The Marshall Dillon Band will be rocking the Dining Hall and fiddling around...all seven of them!   BIG BREAKFASTS are back, too!

The camps are reserved, the plans are made the only thing left to do is for you to join us for a great weekend of riding, eating, dancing and socializing!

 3 Trail Rides, all participants welcome to join in with their horse.

Long & Short trail ride Saturday leaving 10:00am From behind lodge Camp 12. Long ride 6-plus hours and short ride 4 hours or under. Each ride includes mountains, water crossing, wooded areas and rough terrain. Bag lunch on trail.   The "Just Right" Ride leaves Camp 12 at 10:30am

Sunday ride leaves at 10:30am from behind Camp 12 Lodge and is approximately 4-hours. Could be longer, could be shorter, it’s best called the trail boss’

 Camping: Primitive camping allowed in the camp 12 meadow area. All dogs must be contained on site or leashed. Portable pasture and picket lines allowed however limited to size based upon number of participants sharing the meadow. Generators welcome but must be off by 10:00pm ALL Park rules must be obeyed.   Gathering Days are Monday- Thursday…. $10.00 per night, per unit plus weekend fees.

Cabin Rental: Limited number of primitive cabins available by reservation Camp 12 only.

Week rental price………. $40.00

Weekend price…………. $25.00( limit 6 participating people per cabin and no horses may be in cabin areas) Beds supplied however you must bring your own bedding. Cabins have 110 volt electric supplied. Horse trailers and horses may be parked in meadow between the creek and road opposite cabin and lodge area. Check out time 1:00pm Sunday and cab-ins must be broom clean.

Meal Plans:

#1 The whole weekend-$70.00 per person includes Friday lite dinner, Saturday Breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday Breakfast and lunch

(Kids 12 and under weekend $30.00 and under 5 free) a kids menu will be served

# 2 The whole weekend with the whole fam-ily $175.00 (Two adults and children under 18 living at one address)-all meals

#3 Riding & Dancing $40.00 per person in-cludes Saturday Bag Lunch

#4 Dinner & Dancing $25.00 per person, $35.00 at the door

Reservations must be paid in full by 6/3for these prices.

AFTER 6/3 add $25.00 per person late fee

Top 10 site for Steelhead Fishing

Cattaraugus Creek has been listed in the top 10 sites for Steelhead Fishing (rainbow trout fishing) by 2 outdoor magazines. Steelhead Trout AKA Rainbow trout are very similar to Salmon in both taste and habits. Unlike other areas of the United States, our native Rainbow trout (Steelhead Trout) spend a majority of time in Lake Erie a freshwater lake and spawn in the Cattaraugus Creek and other tributaries.

The following is from the New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation's article "Steelhead Fishing in Lake Erie Tributaries"

Lake Erie's tributary streams, both big and small, receive an annual run of migratory rainbow trout called "steelhead." From October through April, thousands of steelhead ascend New York's Lake Erie tributaries on their mission to spawn. Excellent fishing opportunities await any angler who wishes to try their hand at steelhead fishing. Between the acrobatic leaps, long drag-screaming runs and rod quaking head shakes, the fight of an early run steelhead is a truly exhilarating experience.
