How to make kombucha with Canticle Farm

Fermented food and drinks contain beneficial bacteria that help balance our gut flora. Kombucha is a fermented beverage, consisting of tea, sugar and a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) that is used as a functional, probiotic food. Learn how to make your own Kombucha at home! This is a free event, donations are graciously accepted.

Clare Mark is the highest elevation in Cattaraugus County

The highest point in Cattaraugus County is Clare Mark, at 2,430 feet.  This mount, in the Town of Allegany off Chipmunk Road, is privately owned, and does not have public access for hiking.  Nearby attractions are Rock City Park and Allegany State Park.
