Kid's Earth Day at Pfeiffer Nature Center

Earth day was first celebrated on April 22nd, 1970.  It is a special day set aside to appreciate our planet and to participate in projects which help to keep our environment clean and lively.  It is very important to involve children in Earth Day events as they have the most important stake in keeping our planet healthy into the future.

This fun program is a kick off to celebrate Earth Day and is filled with games and activities to inspire kids to care about and treasure our natural world. This program will be held at The Portville Free Library, 1 North Main Street, Portville, New York 14770.  This program is free and open to the public.  Minors must be accompanied by an adult.  Pre-registration is not required.

Pfeiffer Nature Center is supported by United Way funding.  Pfeiffer Nature Center where science, art & nature come together.
