The Crosspatch is nestled in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains and they provide Guided Trail Rides, Horsemanship Camp, Wagon and Carriage Rides and a wide variety of horse related services.
They are located in Western New York, 50 miles south of Buffalo and 8 miles from Allegheny State Park. They are 6 miles from Ellicottville and the ski resorts and 6 miles from Salamanca

The highest point in Cattaraugus County is Clare Mark, at 2,430 feet. This mount, in the Town of Allegany off Chipmunk Road, is privately owned, and does not have public access for hiking. Nearby attractions are Rock City Park and Allegany State Park.
