With the Thanksgiving holiday less than a week away, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino is gearing up to start the ensuing holiday season in spectacular fashion.
The resort will host its annual holiday tree lighting on Wednesday, December 4, starting at 5 p.m. Santa Claus and the Grinch will both be on the scene, along with plenty of special friends. They will be there to greet those in attendance, share in the holiday spirit and help officials from Seneca Allegany and Seneca Gaming Corporation light the giant tree standing near the resort’s Bus Lobby entrance. To cap off the special night, Western New York’s own Cami Clune will perform a few songs after the tree is illuminated.
“Starting the holiday season by lighting our tree, surrounded by friends, neighbors, and family, has become one of our favorite traditions,” said Kevin Nephew, Seneca Gaming Corporation President & CEO. “We look forward to being together for another special celebration and sharing a memorable and happy holiday season.”
The public is invited to join in the fun and enjoy cookies and hot cocoa, courtesy of Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino. The event will begin at 5 p.m., with the tree lighting occurring at approximately 5:30 p.m. The tree lighting will also be streamed live on YouTube.
