StrOlean

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun. 

StrOlean will stretch from Laurens Street to State Street, and will be transformed into a bustling festival, complete with over 70 vendors, food, music, and games. StrOlean will see the closure of a block of North Union Street to traffic, creating a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly festival atmosphere in the heart of Olean's revitalized downtown. 

New for 2025- Children's Area! - Bring the kids for a full day of FREE hands-on fun in the expanded Kid's activities tent. There will be:  

•  Face Painting by Belle and Glitter & Giggles Facepainting Planting station with SerenHippity
•  Nature craft with Pfeiffer Nature Center
•  Enormous inflatable obstacle course courtesy of Christ United Methodist Church
•  Traditional bounce house courtesy of Christ United Methodist Church
•  Cotton candy, courtesy of Christ United Methodist Church

•  Pony Rides by Mountain Rose Farm are also available for just $5!  (Pony Ride Tickets are limited and will be pre-sold at the GOACC Gift Shop the week of StrOlean — don't wait!)
