Located 7 miles from the Village of Ellicottville and across the street from the popular Boyce Hill hiking trail.

There's two 12 x 14 Safari Tent sites with 8ft covered porches and one 9 x 16 Cabin from Timberhut Cabin Company with a detached canopy and outside sitting area. Each site has plenty of space, so instead of looking directly at your neighbor, you have a view of the surrounding hills and wetlands.

Plenty of wildlife to observe, you’ll often see deer foxes, and a variety of birds great for bird watchers In fact we have our own flock of Canada Geese who have decided to take residence here. At night you can have a campfire, lay out in the grass, and stargaze or if you’re lucky, catch the firefly shows in the summer.
