Join Gowanda's Historic Hollywood Theater for the Final Centennial Celebration on Sunday, April 19th at 12:00pm.

This event is FREE to the public with concessions for sale. 

Come out to Allegany State Park on October 5th at 9:30am to experience "Autumn in Allegany"! 

This FREE event will be held in the Red House Area of the park at the Administration Building and is perfect for all ages! Participants will learn basic watercolor techniques and create their own masterpieces under the guidance of naturalists. All materials are provided, so you just need to bring your creativity!

New York's State Parks and Historic Sites celebrates our Centennial in 2024, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of our parks and sites system. Help us kick off this yearlong celebration and get your New Year off to a great start with a hike in Allegany State Park along the newly finished Quaker Run Area Multi-Use Trail.

This Valentine’s Day Tri-County Arts Council will be having a Paper Flower Bouquet class! It’s a perfect activity to do with your girls, and the flowers you make you’ll be able to keep forever. You will create a bouquet consisting of 5 different types of paper flowers and 2 types of leaves. There will be a total of 15 flowers and 7 leaves. Flowers are made by cutting, folding, and gluing different shapes and colors of flowers together. You will need to supply your own small, sharp pointed scissors for accurate cutting of shapes for this class.

Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels Free Tours available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Fridays of the month. No reservations necessary. Come and discover the beauty of the southern tier's Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels in Olean, NY.  The 33 Munich-style windows are some of the finest domestically-produced windows in the nation.  Pope Frances designated the church as a Minor Basilica on February 14, 2017 for its exquisite art, architecture and history.
