The Largest New York State Park is Allegany State Park which is the 3rd largest in the United States of America with 65,000 acres (97 square miles) and many miles of trails. Allegany State Park has over 35 miles of Cross Country skiing trails, 18 hiking trails and 5.6 miles of paved multi-use trails (horseback riding, snowmobiling and more) around Red House Lake area. 3 campground areas with over 375 cabins.

EVL Trail Fest will be at HoliMont on August 8-10, 2025! There will be camping, biking, music and Food.

Holiday Valley's New Years Eve Celebration and Torchlight Parade 2025-2026

Fireworks

Ring in the New Year with the Holiday Valley Groomer parade and spectacular fireworks. Family friendly party in the main Lodge. Approximate times: Groomer Parade on Cindy's Run at 11:15, torchlight parade at 11:30 then the fireworks show at 11:45, ending at midnight.
