Celebrate New York State's Path through History Weekend with a presentation about the Holland Land Company at the Leon Historical Society on June 15th at 11am. Barker Museum's Archivist, Catherine Oag-Miller will lead the presentation. She has extensive knowledge of people and happenings of the local areas and is known for giving an engaging presentation. The Silver Bells Parade will take place on Sunday, December 8, 2024 starting at 6:00pm.

There will be three, two-person one act plays performed.
The Guerrilla Theatre Project will arrive at the sculpture park on Friday evening, then proceed to write three brand new one-act plays, audition performers, rehearse and perform the plays - all in 24 hours. The performances will take place at 7:00 p.m. at different locations at the Mill Valley Road section of the park.
We think this is the best, small fair with cotton candy, fried food, rides, animal shows, and live entertainment, are all available at the Cattauragus County Fair. Make plans to catch the demolition derby, monster trucks, or a concert. Have some good old fashioned fun! The fair is held yearly, either from the end of July into the first week of August.
Note: Unlike some other county fairs, most of the rides are free with your admission!

Saturday November 25th starts the first of many days Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting our house.
Santa will be escorted by the Allegany Police and Fire Department to our house, where he will greet all visitors. Basket raffles will be avaliable for people to buy tickets to help support our community event.
