All are welcomed to the 2023 Christmas In Allegany Santa House season!

Saturday November 25th starts the first of many days Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting our house.

Santa will be escorted by the Allegany Police and Fire Department to our house, where he will greet all visitors. Basket raffles will be avaliable for people to buy tickets to help support our community event.

Feel good this Thanksgiving by starting your day with a non-timed 5K at St. Bonaventure University with other passionate runners and walkers! Continue that feel good feeling by knowing that the registration fee supports the local food pantry and the Every Kid Deserves the Y fund!

Registration is at 8:30am at Francis Hall. Race starts at 9:30am.

Join Pour Taproom for "Christmas in the Village." 

Kid's can write Santa a letter with some help from the elves and hand it directly to Santa!

Make an ornament for the Children's Hospital and enjoy some hot chocolate. 

There will be a Christmas Movie Trivia on Friday at 8pm and an ugly Christmas sweater contest!

Get ready to laugh until your sides hurt! The Double Chuckle Comedy Tour, starring the hilarious Patrick Madison and featuring the witty Daniel McGinnis, is coming to Wildwood Bar and Grill on Saturday, March 8th at 8:00 PM. Join in for a night of non-stop entertainment with some of the best comedians around. Admission is only $5.00, so grab your friends and come enjoy an unforgettable evening of comedy!

This is the fourth night of Christmas In Allegany at the Allegany Santa House. This is a free event to come visit Santa in his beautifully decorated Santa House with Elf Shack behind selling basket raffle tickets to help support this yearly tradition.

Enjoy all the well-known hits along with Christmas favorites like “Run Rudolph Run” as Sara Evans brings the spirit of the holidays to the Seneca Allegany Event center for one magical night!

In honor of the theaters Centennial, composer, Nathan Hall returns to his home town for an immersive musical walking tour through the hidden corners of the theater, including a look behind-the-scenes. 

The production of Echoes of the Hollywood feature not only, Nathan Hall but also performances by soprano Kimberly Merrill, saxophonist Jacob Swanson, and the talented student musicians from Gowanda High School! 

Join Jean Benson on June 7th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for a fun and creative Dutch Pour Painting class! Create Your Own Masterpiece using fluid acrylic paint and a unique blowing technique that will create dynamic, abstract patterns on a 12x12 canvas.

Good Times of Olean will be hosting a Fall Vendor Show Extravaganza on Saturday, November 2nd from 12pm-5pm at Good Times of Olean located at 800 E State St, Olean.

Garden Tractor Pull

Explore the fascinating world of fungi with Pfeiffer Nature Center on September 15th at 5:30pm. 

The guided walk will help you identify and learn about the various mushrooms you'll find in the forest. 

All skill levels welcome! Come discover the hidden wonders of the fungal kingdom.

Have a blast as you close out 2024 with a fun, family-friendly party that culminates with an incredible fireworks display. 

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. Ellicottville's A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 37 years.
