Ellicottville's Fall Festival is the Village of Ellicottville's largest, most anticipated, autumn event. The village transforms into a walkable 4-block arts and crafts show accompanied by our one-of-a-kind shops, flavorful culinary culture, chair lift rides, live music, and so much more.

Come and discover the beauty of the southern tier's Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels in Olean, NY.  The 33 Munich-style windows are some of the finest domestically-produced windows in the nation.  Pope Frances designated the church as a Minor Basilica on February 14, 2017 for its exquisite art, architecture and history. Join Ellicottville Distillery for their annual Christmas Tree Bonfire on Saturday January 20th! They open at 12pm that day, Live Music with Kody & Herren from 5pm-8pm, lighting the fire around 6pm. Bring your used Christmas Trees to add to the pile!

The 2026 carnival will be a 4-day event. Enjoy rides, food, and entertainment!

Join Gowanda's Historic Hollywood Theater on Friday, April 17th, starting at 4pm for a black-tie evening of classic Hollywood glamour to kick off the 100th year of the theater! 

The night will feature a catered cocktail hour in The Old Bank and a night of jazz with the Springville Jazz Orchestra.

Visit the Fannie Bartlett House on July 12th for their "Vintage Fashion Show" event! It will feature "uniforms" of all kinds and period women's dress to go along with military years. Presale tickets are available for $20.

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.

Holiday Valley Snowsports School is featuring the 10th annual YOUR TURN women's clinic on Wednesday and Thursday, January 24 and 25, 2024 led by Lisa Ballard, a widely acclaimed coach and ski racer and assisted by several of Holiday Valley's finest women instructors. Intermediate skiers who can ski the blue squares through advanced skiers who want to take their skiing to the next level will benefit from this clinic.
