Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. Ellicottville's A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 37 years.

Come out to Pumpkinville on either September 20th or October 4th for an exclusive Pumpkin Carving class with the one and only, Eric Jones! 

Eric Jones is an Olean, NY native and celebrated sculptor and caricature artist! He has been featured on The Food Network's Halloween Wars, holds the 2023 Guinness World Record for carving the larges jack-o-lantern, and won Season 3 of The Food Network's Outrageous Pumpkins! 

Join the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino for free fireworks on July 4th at dusk. Celebrate America’s Birthday with them. The show is free – everyone’s welcome!

Taste all of the different flavors that Ellicottville has to offer! Walk around the village to taste-test some of the restaurant's favorite dishes. Local restaurants will be serving up small bites and signature dishes that showcase the best of Ellicottville's culinary scene. There will be live music indoors and tastings lining Monroe and Washington Streets.

Experience an unforgettable evening as Theresa Caputo, star of the hit reality series Long Island Medium and Theresa Caputo: Raising Spirits, brings her unique gift to the Seneca Allegany Event Center. Theresa has been a practicing medium for over 20 years and aims to deliver messages of healing and hope that helps attendees learn, grow, and embrace life.

This is the third night of Christmas In Allegany at the Allegany Santa House. This is a free event to come visit Santa in his beautifully decorated Santa House with Elf Shack behind selling basket raffle tickets to help support this yearly tradition.

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and celebrate the vibrant autumn season at HoliMont! You're invited to the exciting HoliTrot Fall Festival Trail Run, featuring a Kids Race and a scenic 5k trail run through our beautiful trails.

Race Highlights:

The Enchanted Mountains Horse Series features an exciting game show on Friday nights, and performance classes on both Saturday and Sunday.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of treats from the food concession stand and explore offerings from various clothing and tack vendors. Additionally, each weekend typically includes at least one charitable fundraiser to support a worthy cause or individual in need.

The Southern Tier Catholic School PTA will be hosting a Craft Fair on Saturday, June 20th from 10am - 3pm at the Southern Tier Catholic School on 921 N Union St, Olean, NY. 

This FREE event is rain or shine and contains indoor and outdoor vendors.
