The Art Roscoe Trail System at Allegany State Park is known as the best cross-country ski trails in Western NY and Northeastern PA.
There's approximately 24 miles of trails that are groomed on an as-needed basis. All trails begin at the Summit Warming Hut in Allegany State Park.

We think this is the best, small fair with cotton candy, fried food, rides, animal shows, and live entertainment, are all available at the Cattauragus County Fair. Make plans to catch the demolition derby, monster trucks, or a concert. Have some good old fashioned fun! The fair is held yearly, either from the end of July into the first week of August.
Note: Unlike some other county fairs, most of the rides are free with your admission!

Cattaraugus Creek offers over 34 miles of steelhead angling opportunities from Lake Erie to the Springville Dam. A portion of the stream and its lower tributaries are on Seneca Nation of Indian Lands, so if you plan to fish there, you will need a license for the Reservation.
