Creative Clay: Christmas Tree – November 2 & 16, 2023 (Thursday) with Violet Nolder

Creative Clay Classes are project specific, beginner hand building classes. We will be making fun coil Christmas tree for you to display during the holiday season.

The Southern Tier Catholic School PTA will be hosting a Craft Fair on Saturday, June 20th from 10am - 3pm at the Southern Tier Catholic School on 921 N Union St, Olean, NY. 

This FREE event is rain or shine and contains indoor and outdoor vendors. 

Please note: Indoor vendors are not wheelchair accessible.

GET READY TO ROCK! The Gowanda Historic Theatre presents: "Brave Strangers: A Tribute to Bob Seger" on Friday, April 25th from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Welcome Brave Strangers, the ultimate Bob Seger tribute band! This incredible group of musicians will take you on a journey through Seger's iconic discography, playing all your favorite hits! Sip, Snack and splatter some joy at the "Gogh" to the Pumpkin Patch Paint Party in Little Valley, NY.

Join an easy going paint party where no talent is required but you are more than welcome to get creative. You will be guided step by step so you can relax, unwind and enjoy the evening. The paint party is scheduled for August 22nd from 6-8pm and is $42 per painter. There are limited spots so sign up soon.

All supplies are included. Bring a drink and some snacks if you would like, though light refreshments will be provided. This event is intended for ages 13 and up.

Visit the Fannie Bartlett House for their "Pie on the Porch" event! They will have pie-themed raffle baskets!

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.

This Veterans Day, November 11th from 2-4 pm, honor our heroes by joining the Citizens Advocating Memorial Preservation (C.A.M.P) and historian Ed Brodbeck for a FREE special event at the Civil War Memorial on the corner of Court and Seventh in Little Valley. As they pay tribute to those who have served our nation, Ed Brodbeck will bring history to life, portraying a typical Union soldier from the Civil War.

Take a trip back in time with a Victorian Christmas at the Fannie Bartlett House in Olean, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Watch the Santa Claus Lane Parade before or after touring this beautifully restored mansion built in 1881 with 15 rooms, including a third-floor ballroom.

The historic house will be adorned with Christmas decorations during its annual open house on Friday from 6-9pm. There will be refreshments and raffle baskets, proceeds to benefit the Bartlett House.
