Join Ellicottville Distillery for their annual Christmas Tree Bonfire on Saturday, January 18th! 

The doors open at 12 pm. Enjoy live music by Tina Williams from 5 pm to 8 pm, with the bonfire lighting at around 6 pm.

Visit the Fannie Bartlett House on July 12th for their "Vintage Fashion Show" event! It will feature "uniforms" of all kinds and period women's dress to go along with military years. Presale tickets are available for $20.

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.

Join the fun at Hunter Hill Farm on November 9th from 10 AM to 2 PM for a festive Christmas Tree Pottery Class with Tara from TShed Pottery!

TShed Pottery, run by Tara, is renowned for its unique and handcrafted pottery pieces. Celebrated for her creativity and quality, Tara’s classes are both educational and enjoyable. She will guide you through the creative process of designing and crafting two unique Christmas trees—one small and one large.

Event Schedule:

Portville Central School’s Arts, Crafts, & Antiques Show returns as a one day, indoor event. It will be held at the Portville High School and will feature art, crafts, antiques and food on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am-5:00pm.

Proceeds collected directly benefit the students at Portville Central School in the form of achievement awards and student scholarships.

Gowanda is a a beautifully quaint community nestled among the hills surrounding Cattaraugus Creek and is coming together for a Christmas Celebration. Come help start off the holiday season downtown with local merchants, train rides all day, Annual tree lighting ceremony, Holiday Spirit Parade and a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Of course we can not forget that Santa and all his helpers will be there to help us celebrate this joyous time of year! Mark your calendars!

Calling all car enthusiasts! Bring your ride or just your appetite for Cruise Nights at Fatties Creamery & Grill every Thursday from 5pm - 8pm. Join Gowanda's Historic Hollywood Theater on Friday, April 17th, starting at 4pm for a black-tie evening of classic Hollywood glamour to kick off the 100th year of the theater! 

The night will feature a catered cocktail hour in The Old Bank and a night of jazz with the Springville Jazz Orchestra. 

Tickets:

Single - $60, includes: 2 free drink tickets, cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, and red carpet admission. 

A pair of tickets are $100 - includes all the above perks per person. 

Spend winter break at Holiday Valley with this special lodge and lift  package designed for college students. Take a trip back in time with a Victorian Christmas at the Fannie Bartlett House in Olean, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Watch the Santa Claus Lane Parade before or after touring this beautifully restored mansion built in 1881 with 15 rooms, including a third-floor ballroom.

The historic house will be adorned with Christmas decorations during its annual open house on Friday from 6-9pm. There will be refreshments and raffle baskets, proceeds to benefit the Bartlett House.
