HO! HO! HO! The holidays are fast approaching and there's no better way to get into the spirit than by spending some time in Allegany State Park. Join the Environmental Education Department on Saturday, December 6, for a fun, festive, family event – Saturday with Santa! 

In this, the season of giving, we are asking event participants to bring non-perishable food items and/or an unwrapped toy to be donated to a local food pantry and Toys for Tots. This is sure to be a great day! Don't miss out!

Spring is here and so is the annual spring craft and vendor show! There will be over 35 different vendors to shop from and a chinese auction available. The Lunch Bus, a local favorite food truck will also be at the event! 

Bobcats & fishers might be quiet, but they're some of the forest's most fascinating hunters! 

Stop by the Recreation Hall at Camp Allegany on November 7th at 1:00pm to learn about how these amazing predators survive and thrive in the wild.

Perfect for wildlife lovers and curious minds of all ages! 

The Challenger Learning Center will be hosting Trivia Night on March 8th, 2025! Doors open at 6:00pm, Trivia starts at 6:30pm! 

Come enjoy a night of "out of this world" trivia, Raffles, and a cash bar with 4 Mile Brewing!

As Christmas approaches, join Jessica Borchert on December 7th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a magical painting session. Learn to create a beautiful Christmas tree, making a heartfelt gift perfect for your loved ones.

Kick off the summer on June 21st, 2025 when all of Main Street in Little Valley will be closed for the inaugural Little Valley Community Day! Over 30 vendors will fill the street along with food trucks, family activities, children's games, live music, bounce houses and more! The event will run from 1pm until 9pm. Come out to Allegany State Park on October 5th at 9:30am to experience "Autumn in Allegany"! 

This FREE event will be held in the Red House Area of the park at the Administration Building and is perfect for all ages! Participants will learn basic watercolor techniques and create their own masterpieces under the guidance of naturalists. All materials are provided, so you just need to bring your creativity!

Join the Environmental Education Department for a festive family event featuring crafts, games, photos with Santa, and plenty of holiday cheer. 

The Challenger Learning Center in Allegany is hosting a magical event where kids, and parents, can dress up as their favorite wizards and participate in over 30 STEAM activities on October 26th, from 5:30-7:30pm. 

Cost: $5 per person 

*If you register by October 22nd, your child will receive a special letter from Hogwarts via email that you can print out!
