The Haunted Hinsdale House presents this exclusive Overnight Ghost Hunt at 8pm and it will run until 9am the next day. You will get history and stories from your guide, as well as use of some ghost hunting equipment to see if we can connect with the other side. The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun. 

Rusty Rooster Farm & Vintage LLC , in Portville is hosting their 6th Annual Harvest Fall Fest on Saturday, October 4th from 10am - 4:00pm. 

The event features FREE outdoor activities like apple cider pressing, fall craft station, doughnuts and funnel cakes, door prizes, a candy count, photo stops, and Live music. 

Inside the shop, there will be in-store specials, honey samples, Ellen's pop up boutique, and a full chocolate shop with grab-and-go specials.

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. Ellicottville's A Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided. The tradition has continued on for the past 37 years.

Gowanda is a a beautifully quaint community nestled among the hills surrounding Cattaraugus Creek and is coming together for a Christmas Celebration. Come help start off the holiday season downtown with local merchants, train rides all day, Annual tree lighting ceremony, Holiday Spirit Parade and a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Join an easy going paint party where no talent is required but you are more than welcome to get creative. You will be guided step by step so you can relax, unwind and enjoy the evening. The paint party is scheduled for August 22nd from 6-8pm and is $42 per painter. There are limited spots so sign up soon.

Join Ellicottville Distillery for their annual Christmas Tree Bonfire on Saturday January 20th! They open at 12pm that day, Live Music with Kody & Herren from 5pm-8pm, lighting the fire around 6pm. Bring your used Christmas Trees to add to the pile!
