Celebrate the Holiday Season with a Living Nativity, complete with a camel, all in the Village. The Ellicottvilles Christmas Stroll was created in 1987 by a group of citizens who wanted to organize such an event in the village. After brainstorming over coffee, it was decided that they wanted a live nativity scene with children dressed as angels and shepherds, who walked around the village and met at the gazebo. There, the baby Jesus was presented and caroling presided.

Join the Little Valley Riders Club for a fun-filled evening of square dancing, country, and fifties music on May 25th, 2025, from 7 pm to 11 pm! 

It's a family-friendly event, so bring the kids along. Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. No horses required – just come for the dance and good times!

Discover the fascinating world of frogs and toads in this hands-on learning experience. This is open to all ages! The event will take place at the Lillibridge property of Pfeiffer Nature Center at 12pm on Sunday, July 27th.

The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Participants will be treated to some early signs of spring that may include display flight of American Woodcock, chorusing amphibians, newly emerged spring plants and much more. Come early and celebrate Earth Day with making bird feeders using recyclable materials. Earth Day is all about environmental stewardship, and this activity is a meaningful way to reduce waste and support local wildlife.

This Veterans Day, November 11th from 2-4 pm, honor our heroes by joining the Citizens Advocating Memorial Preservation (C.A.M.P) and historian Ed Brodbeck for a FREE special event at the Civil War Memorial on the corner of Court and Seventh in Little Valley. As they pay tribute to those who have served our nation, Ed Brodbeck will bring history to life, portraying a typical Union soldier from the Civil War.
