Beer is Back! The 18th annual Beer and Wine Festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 12th. With many of the region's best craft brewers, wineries and cideries in attendance you can sample your favorites, plus try out several new and unique flavors. Add live entertainment, food trucks and 1500 of your closest friends, it's an event not to be missed.

The format was adjusted so no there are two sessions in order to allow guests to have more space in the lodge. The first session is 1pm - 4pm and the second is 5pm - 8pm.

Take a trip back in time with a Victorian Christmas at the Fannie Bartlett House in Olean, the Friday after Thanksgiving. Watch the Santa Claus Lane Parade before or after touring this beautifully restored mansion built in 1881 with 15 rooms, including a third-floor ballroom.

The historic house will be adorned with Christmas decorations during its annual open house on Friday from 6-9pm. There will be refreshments and raffle baskets, proceeds to benefit the Bartlett House. 

Join the Little Valley Riders Club for a fun-filled evening of square dancing, country, and fifties music on May 25th, 2025, from 7 pm to 11 pm! 

It's a family-friendly event, so bring the kids along. Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. No horses required – just come for the dance and good times!

Kids day at the Fannie Bartlett house is on December 7th from noon -3pm. Kids will have the opportunity to visit with Santa from 1pm -3pm.

This Queen Anne-style house was originally built in 1881 by George Foreman, and purchased in 1891 by Frank and Fannie Bartlett for $15,000, a hefty sum for that time, he said. The house features nine rooms decorated in turn-of-the-century Victoriana and seven fireplaces, each different in design and composition.

First Day Bike. Next Level Mountain Biking will be leading a ride in the Red House area. Meet at Camp Allegany at 11:00 am on January 1, 2025. The pace and the length of the ride will be moderate and be determined by the participants. Participants may split into different paced groups, if necessary. No one will be left behind. Visit the Fannie Bartlett House on July 12th for their "Vintage Fashion Show" event! It will feature "uniforms" of all kinds and period women's dress to go along with military years. Presale tickets are available for $20.
