6th Annual PUMP & RUN
Join the Tri-County Arts Council for an exciting Wire Bending/Rainbow Casting Heart Catcher Workshop on November 2nd from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. SerenHippity will be your guide, helping you channel your creativity into crafting a unique wire-bent Heart Catcher that will cast beautiful rainbow prisms in your home or garden.
What’s included in this 2-part class:
Everything you need to make your own piece of stained glass. They'll have all kinds of glass to choose from, tools to cut and grind the glass into shape, copper foil for edges, solder and all the tools to apply it.
They will have several designs to choose from.
You get to take home your stained glass piece at the end of the second day.
Please wear closed-toe shoes and be prepared to stand for most of the class.

The Olean Theatre Workshop presents, "Every Christmas Story Every Told (And then Some!)" by Michael Carleton, James Fitzgerald, and John K. Alvarez.
While three actors are tired of performing "A Christmas Story", they decide to take a wild and comedic spin on every beloved holiday tale ever told! This quick paced take through traditions, pop culture, and classic Christmas characters deliver laughter and a needed dose of holiday spirit!
The NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation is hosting a FREE fishing day on February 17-18, June 29-30, September 28, and November 11th. There’s no fishing license required on those days for the fresh or marine waters of New York State, making it the opportune time for people of all ages to learn and enjoy the day. We especially encourage those with more experience to bring along the young people in your life to show them the value of patience, the anticipation of the bite and the exhilaration of the catch!
The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce and city leadership are inviting the community out for a night on the town. Working with the city and members of the business community, the Chamber is announcing “StrOlean,” the event aims to bring folks to the downtown shopping district for an evening of fun.
