Come help start off the holiday season downtown with local merchants, train rides all day, Annual tree lighting ceremony, Holiday Spirit Parade and a festive atmosphere for the whole family. Get ready for a sweet summer treat!  Join Buffalo Cake Pops at Pour Taproom in Ellicottville, NY on Thursday, August 14th from 6pm-8pm for a Tropical Summer Sugar Cookie Decorating Class!  

In this 2-hour class, you'll learn the art of sugar cookie decorating with a luau theme. You'll receive 6 cookies and step-by-step guidance on techniques like royal icing, wet-on-wet designs, and texture creation. Plus, take home their royal icing recipe to practice your new skills!

Beer is Back! The 18th annual Beer and Wine Festival is scheduled for Saturday, November 12th. With many of the region's best craft brewers, wineries and cideries in attendance you can sample your favorites, plus try out several new and unique flavors. Add live entertainment, food trucks and 1500 of your closest friends, it's an event not to be missed.

The format was adjusted so no there are two sessions in order to allow guests to have more space in the lodge. The first session is 1pm - 4pm and the second is 5pm - 8pm.
