Guest presenter, Michelle Miller, has lived on the Seneca Allegany Territory since 1996. Seneca was not her first or even third language, but it has now become her heritage language. The culture and history of the Seneca have now become part of her as well as her children who are from the territory. 

Celebrate the season with a country superstar! Having five number 1 singles to her name, including “Suds In A Bucket” and “Born To Fly,” this Country Music Award winning artist has recently been invited to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry. Carson Waterman, a distinguished artist and revered cultural figure for the Haudenosaunee people of the Seneca Nation, will discuss his life and artwork in a special presentation at St. Bonaventure University on Wednesday, April 2nd at 5:00pm in the Rigas Theater of the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts. 

Get ready for a night of unforgettable music and dance as the legendary Dwight Yoakam and special guests The Mavericks take the stage at the Seneca Allegany Event Center on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 7 p.m.!

Experience the rich cultural heritage of the Haudenosaunee (Seneca) people through art, craft, and storytelling on August 12th, starting at 1pm at the Quaker Picnic Shelter at Allegany State Park. 

Join Bernadette Scott, a proud Haudenosaunee (Seneca) woman and member of the Deer Clan, for an afternoon of traditional Seneca art and culture. Learn about the art and history behind traditional crafts like cornhusk dolls, flowers, baskets, and Haudenosaunee social dancing and even try your hand at making your own corn husk doll!

He also made history as the first Country artist and youngest male artist of any genre to debut a first solo album on Billboard’s Top 200 chart.
