Join Next Level Mountain Biking for the first "bike" of the year! 

Meet at Camp Allegany at 11am on January 1st, 2026. The pace and length of the ride will be moderate or determined by the riders. Participants may split into two different groups so that no one gets left behind. 

Fat Tire bikes are advised, given the conditions of the trails that may be present. 

The NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation is hosting a FREE fishing day on February 15-16, June 28-29, September 27, and November 11th. There’s no fishing license required on those days for the fresh or marine waters of New York State, making it the opportune time for people of all ages to learn and enjoy the day. We especially encourage those with more experience to bring along the young people in their lives to show them the value of patience, the anticipation of the bite, and the exhilaration of the catch!

Gowanda is a a beautifully quaint community nestled among the hills surrounding Cattaraugus Creek and is coming together for a Christmas Celebration. While three actors are tired of performing "A Christmas Story", they decide to take a wild and comedic spin on every beloved holiday tale ever told! This quick paced take through traditions, pop culture, and classic Christmas characters deliver laughter and a needed dose of holiday spirit! 

Gather the guys for an evening filled with bold flavors, good vibes, and a crash course in all thing's bourbon and bacon with RocketCup Coffee, Cattaraugus, on February 8th, at 6pm. Perfect for both bourbon enthusiasts and beginners, this tasting class is a celebration of indulgence and camaraderie.
