The Rail Rider Jamboree Music Festival is Saturday, March 18 with a great lineup of 5-6 bluegrass/americana bands; headlined by Dark Star Orchestra! Plus food, beverages and a laid back vibe.
The zaniest of all spring events, Pond Skimming on March 25th challenges skiers and snowboarders to try to skim across an ice water filled pond at the bottom of Yodeler. Some will make it all the way across, but many end up getting very wet (and cold!).
